Handprints Empty
PostSubject: Handprints   Handprints Icon_minitimeThu Mar 22, 2007 7:14 pm

A very cute little thing just made my day
yesterday and I wanted to share it with you. I came back from school
yesterday, headed to Mum's room, glanced at her bed, ad the first thing
I noticed was this... a tiny orange handprint staring at me on top of
the light-blue paper it was put on. It somehow attracted it me to it by
a strange force although I thought to myself :" Oh, that's the usual
Mother's Day present my young brother made for mummy in class...
nothing new".

But as I got a closer look, read what it said...
I felt an overflow of both happiness and innocence pour onto my soul
through my dazzled eyes. I couldn't express how much happy and
satisfied I felt at that moment! Simply, it made my day as I said...
I'm sure it will have its effect on you, and will spread a spontaneous
smile on your faces as it did on mine. I'll leave you find out for
yourself... Here's what was written on the paper:

Sometimes you get discouraged
because I am so small
And always leave my fingerprints
On furniture and walls
But everyday I'm growing -
I'll be grown someday
And all those tiny handprints
Will surely fade away
So here's a little handprint
Just so you can recall
Exactly how my fingers looked
when I was very small

OMG!!
What do you think?? Whenever I read it, I couldn't help but imagine how
beautiful it feels to be a mother receiving such an incredible present
from her kiddy... so simple and childish, yet it affected me greatly
and I loved its idea!!

Tell me how you felt when you read it...

(Here's its picture BTW, I took a foto so u can see it)
